Airwaves Wireless has recently completed the major upgrade of Bundaberg Regional Council's microwave data network.
The Council's preferred equipment for this project is the

Making use of ground breaking 2x2 MIMO technology, the LigoPTP 5-23/5-N MIMO delivers aggregate TCP throughput capability of up to 180 Mbps (90 Mbps full-duplex) combined with high packets-per-second performance.
The project was made up of five complete MIMO links for backhaul between their major administration and operation centers. Satellite sites are connected using Ligowave PTP-5-23 link radios.
We have links spanning distances from 1.5km's to 34km's, all direct point to point.
